Why you are still tired

When was the last time your needs were the priority?

If you spend too much of your time, attention and energy on other people, kids, partner, clients, suppliers, studying, instagram and simply not enough on yourself, then you ultimately end up depleted. 

What is topping up your energy levels? If it’s not intentional time on your needs then it’s likely a cycle of caffeine/ sugar/ wine that’s keeping you going. This is not sustainable.

A cycle of giving and receiving is the only sustainable energy exchange but sadly many of us are pretty addicted to busy and we forget to really give ourselves (and receive) what we most need. 

Be it rest, better food, better movement, time in nature, time with friends, time alone. What would would it look like if your needs (not being productive) were the priority- even if just for 10 minutes?
