Kids take to mindfulness really well, maybe it’s their openness, they have no preconceived ideas about what it is or isn’t, maybe it’s because it’s simple and they can enjoy the fact that they can do it. Whatever the reason, I love that kids can learn this skill and embed it into their lives.

My daughter and I recorded these for fun and they turned out to be pretty sweet, so I’m sharing them here. Sharing mindful practices with your children is so beautiful, they will amaze you with the things they say when they are calm and heart centred and there is no “right” answer. Give it a try.
